- No specific ageing method requirements. Use of wood is acceptable.
- Minimum alcohol 8.5% + 4.0%.
- Residual Sugar: 45 to 80 g/l
- Albana di Romagna Passito – Dessert White Still Sweet
- No specific ageing method requirements. Use of wood is acceptable. Most producers age this wine for minimum of 3 years before releasing it.

- This style of wine is produced from dried grapes. Drying could be on vines or harvested grapes on mats and must be completed by March 30, year following the harvest. Noble Rot is permitted.
